  After trying another local company and almost getting suckered into replacing the whole AC system we called Best Rate and they did a great job finding the issue and fixing the problem for under $100! I decided to have them re-clean all the units that the previous company was suppose to have done under their maintenance contract and it turned out to be a good decision. The other company did not properly clean any of the 2 systems our house uses and also didn't route the AC drain system from under our house causing the water to pool against our foundation. Best Rate did a fantastic job straightening out our air conditioning systems and saving us over $6000 quoted by the other company. I would recommend their service to anyone and in fact my parents were so impressed they decided to leave their current company and go with Best Rate. Friendly, Professional and HONEST!
